love em….. I’ve been a keen cook most of my life, and did it professionally for a while, so I’ve used a fair few saucepans in my time. These pans are fantastic to cook with. They also seem to reduce cooking time’s with certain things. I quite like ox cheek, which in a casserole dish I normally have it in the oven for about 3 and half to 4 hours. With these pans I can cook it in 2 hours. Just remember to remove the handle when cooking with them. They don’t move when stirring 90% of the time.
Nice, but read this if you plan to put them in the dishwasher These are nice enough pots and the space-saving element is a great fator, but those with a dishwasher should note the following:* These are not 100% dishwasher safe. They are only dishwasher safe if, according to the care guide, you use a liquid or powder cleaning agent, as tablets contain powerful chemicals that can ruin the non-stick. The care guide recommends hand washing and I can see why, as just one run in the dishwasher (wiht powder) has discoloured them slightly…
Brilliant pans! I just love these pans. So well made. The separate handles make it easy to transfer my cooking from hob to oven/grill. I bought the wok separately to add to this set. Yes, they’re expensive, but they’re made to last. Not even a tiny bit of stick so far… touch wood!
