Smaller than expected unless I’ve grown The bowls were smaller than expected! I keep overestimating the size of things (one of the problems of internet shopping I guess). Without measuring it, I’d estimate the 2litre bowl diameter to be 20-21cm. The 0.5l would be ideal for melting chocolate in a pan of hot water etc., and the 1litre ideal for bowl style haircuts on a small child.The packaging wasn’t too bad, so it must’ve been improved since that person gave them 1 star – the bowls came in a small box. Stackable, easy-to-clean, lovely, hardy bowls We’ve already used these bowls extensively, and for all manner of things, from mixing ingredients, baking a sponge and warming soup in the microwave and baking in the oven. They’ve survived it all without a scratch, mark or stain (in spite of my son’s best efforts!).While the largest isn’t actually that big (I’ve also bought a 3l bowl separately), this is a lovely, useful set which – especially given its low price – I’m happy to recommend. Perfect!! These are great bowls!I’ve had two and broke one so I’ve ordered this set. The sizes are great and i use them to everything.. mixing, soaking, serving etc..I quite like glass cookware and these couldn’t be better. Good value for money
