Great pan Brilliant pan. Holds a large ham, or a chicken…or a large quantity of soup. Of course, you could even make a casserole in it… Great on the hob and in the oven…and in the dishwasher. Expensive, as all the Le Creuset items are, but they will last a lifetime and beyond. Prepare to leave them in your will.
Superb quality, saves on gas and easy to clean. Expensive, but then the quality is absolutely second to none. Heats up very quickly and very easy to clean. A pleasure to use and will outlast me.
