Large spoon, holds about double other spoons, so great for dishing up. Quality product This is an extra large spoon, which is what I was looking for, and it probably holds more than a ladle. Most of my rubbery spoons are standard size so don’t hold a great deal, and wooden spoons are usually fairly flat, so I would say every kitchen should have this one, I select it over the others a fair amount, so it has earned its place in my spoons jar. It is really great for dishing up food, and well made quality too

Top-heavy handle There is too much weight in the handle, causing it to flip out of the pan sometimes, making a mess. Also, it has a 10 year guarantee, so when I got it, I wrote the date on the tag and left it in the kitchen drawer so I could look back at it if it ever broke. Today it broke on the join just below the silvery band. The date of purchase was 5th November 2012, so it didn’t last that long (1 year and 10 months).
