You will also enjoy its easy care and cleaning. Use & Care Take not to place the handle over direct heat or naked flame. Only use plastic or wooden utensils to prolong the non-stick coating. To prevent overbalancing always place the casserole centrally over the trivet. To protect the life of the non-stick coating we do not recommend the use of metal tools as they may scratch the coating. Cleaning Instructions Clean the casserole with hot water and a mold detergent. The casserole can be left to soak in the event of an burnt-on food. Do not use metal scouring pads, as they will damage the non-stick coating. A casserole left to dry naturally, or that is left for a period of time in damp conditions, my stain or discolour, therefore always dry thoroughly.
