Very Useful for Dementia/Stroke Sufferers I bought this set for my father who has Alzheimer’s and has had two strokes, which have made him confused as to how to use cutlery and reduced his dexterity respectively. This set has helped him. The handles are a good size, lightweight and smooth to hold. With support to show him how to hold, the grooves help him to keep his fingers in the correct place to best use the cutlery. I am very pleased and this set should help him use cutlery for longer than otherwise. I would recommend this set…

This makes feeding easier! I have been using this spoon for feeding my little one who has special needs for some time now, as recommended by his SALT.Its design is to have a shallower dip so that he can clear the spoon properly, rather than leaving loads of sauce or yoghurt etc. behind on it. The downside to this of course is that if he is unsteady, things can fall off (e.g.: peas), but it is fine for more compact things (like mash) or thicker consistencies (like mousse). I can still use it to feed him the things…

Good eating irons. I have low level arthritis in my hands which make the conventional ‘eating irons’ awkward. These are well designed and fit comfortably in my hands. Highly recommended. I have had previous purchase from another supplier but they held water in the handles and separated – most unhygienic. But these seem to be ideal for purpose.Gramps
