Good guide but takes too long to explain why you should do this in the first place Cold Brew Coffee can be pretty nice if made properly, though it’s a bit of a faff to make. It’s an alternative to ice coffee, but where the coffee is ‘brewed’ using cold water instead of hot and this book extols its virtues.Unfortunately, this book also spends far too long on the history and techniques before it even gets into the process of making the coffee.
