Perfect size Just the right size to use with small one-egg type pans.
Ideal sized Spatula Great Spatula, I have had one of these for many years and when mine had seen better days I managed to find another to replace it, in fact I bought two.I use this for many things when cooking and find it ideal to lift a poached or fried egg from the pan – perfect size.The only downside to this is that it is nylon and not silicone so should never be left on or near a hot pan or it will melt (shame they do not make with silicone, but if they did it would not be as thin as it is) but…
Pleased with the purchase Super pleased, This spatula is rigid enough to flip pancakes or to use for any of its intended purposes, but does not scratch the bottom of the pan. I am really pleased with its performance and would get it again.
